We are using a system in the background that is connected to your Amazon page notifying us automatically once you sold an item. This system provides us only with the required information such as delivery address, product ID, product description and shipping method. Once your customer placed an order our logistic team will select the right product, ship it to the requested destination and update the tracking number on Amazon via a secure API connection. It is a seamless, fast and automated process, requiring no input from your side to trigger a shipment once an item is paid.

There is no need for you to learn or even monitor a new system, by simply looking at your current Amazon account, you will have full transparence and exactly know the status of your customer's order. We only require a Seller ID and an Authorization Token that is available on Amazon. We are more than happy to assist you locating this information.
